Using Crypto Market Heat
These plain-English terms explain what this independent UK beta provides, what it cannot promise and how to use it responsibly.
What the service provides
Crypto Market Heat provides experimental market and coin heat readings, manual watchlists, estimated portfolio values and optional alerts. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Information, not financial advice
Heat scores describe selected historical market measures. They do not predict an exact top, recommend any cryptoasset or tell you to buy, sell or hold. Cryptoassets are high risk and you could lose all the money involved. Make your own decisions and seek appropriately authorised professional advice when needed.
Accounts and alerts
You must provide information you are entitled to use and keep access to your email and Google account secure. Alerts are a convenience, not an emergency or trading service. They can be delayed, duplicated or missed because of data, network, email, browser, device or service failures. Always check important information independently.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material, automate excessive requests or use it in a way that harms other people. We may restrict or suspend access needed to protect users, data, suppliers or the service.
Availability and third-party data
The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep it useful and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coin coverage, error-free data or any particular outcome. Market data, sign-in, hosting, email and notification services depend on third-party suppliers whose services may change or become unavailable.
Ownership and permitted use
You may use the service for your own lawful purposes. The Crypto Market Heat name, presentation, original text and model implementation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, coin logos and market data belong to their respective owners.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Market Heat is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities or indirect loss arising from reliance on a reading, estimate or alert. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes and contact
We may update the beta or these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be dated on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
